A large 4.2" three-colour e-paper display HAT for Raspberry Pi, showing crisp red, black, and white graphics that remain visible even in bright sunlight. The generous 400×300 pixel resolution provides ample space for dashboards, calendars, and information displays.

E-paper displays use electrophoresis to move coloured particles, reflecting ambient light rather than emitting it. This means ultra-low power consumption and excellent readability outdoors. Comes fully assembled with no soldering required.

Caution: The e-paper display is made from glass and is fragile. Handle by the board edges and avoid pressing on the display surface.
Tip: For faster refresh, use black/white mode only – set InkyPHAT("black") in Python for ~2 second updates.
