This adapter cable connects Raspberry Pi Camera Modules to the Raspberry Pi 5's smaller MIPI camera connector. The Pi 5 uses a 22-way, 0.5mm-pitch "mini" FPC format (similar to Compute Module boards), while existing camera modules use the larger 15-way, 1mm-pitch "standard" connector—this cable bridges the two.
